Healthy puberty in girls

Exercise & Physical Activity

Physical activity is one of the factors contributing to the secretion of many hormones.

It is recommended that children have at least a few hours of physical activity per day (even the same simple child games). This behavior should be pursued at an early age (puberty) at least 3 times a week (preferably daily) and half to one hour each time with appropriate exercise (such as basketball, volleyball, etc.). Sports that put a lot of pressure on the body (such as weight lifting and endurance exercises) should be avoided.

Remember that having a good habit of regular physical activity and exercise during puberty and thereafter will help to avoid many diseases in middle and old age.

Moreover, teenagers with well-trained bodies have fit, and firm statures among their peers. Do not be oblivious about your health, youth and vitality and take advantage of them in the world and beware to use these valuable assets to your benefit in the hereafter.

Adolescents with less than one hour of physical activity a day are classified as having insufficient physical activity.
