Body mass index (BMI ):

Weight and height are two important health indicators. The relationship between height and weight can be found with the help of body mass index table. BMI: Body weight in kg divided by the square of height in meters Girls and boys in puberty ages, with a BMI of below 20 are considered underweight, and having a BMI of more than 26 are overweight and then obese.

For example, if a girl’s height is 160 cm and her weight is less than 51 kg, she is underweight, and if she is over 66.5 kg she is overweight. If this girl's weight is 60 kg, her BMI is calculated as follows: BMI = 60 / (1/60 * 1/60) = 23/4
